It is a classroom note taking skill in which a student takes down notes by drawing systematic and quick doodles in the notebook.
Absolutely NOT !! Visual Note taking is all about communicating information in a quick and easy to understandable way. Aim is not to make artists..aim is to make visual communicators.
Yes ! Any child (more than10 years ages, any gender and culture) can acquire this skill. It is specially useful of specially abled kids.
Not at all. It is not at all required to have any drawing or art skills.
It needs only regular sketchpen, highlighter and white A4 printer sheets. If you have a drawing pad, that is also okay (not compulsory)
Yes teachers can attend as well. It is always good if teachers learn this so they can motivate students.
Memory in human brain is basically a stack of visuals. It is takes more time and energy to decode and encode a concept into texts
75% energy of brain energy is consumed to process data from eyes
Written language is not learnt and understood easily by many specially abled students. Here Visuals play a very important role because of its analogous nature.
